The seventh podcast is here! Today, our hosts Despain, Kilim and ReynardFrost talk about level design—mapping, mopping, puzzles, interactivity. Lots of good stuff this time around.
This week’s Play or Flay segment takes a look at Choco-Elliot Wyvern’s Ardyle Led: Manifest’s Tale.

I put gameplay into my level designs by making side quests which reveal back stories of the baddies that will be introduced later on in the game. Rather than having the story fed to you, you’ll be able to go play through the game and find out information that you wouldn’t get anywhere else. Only after you’ve beaten the game and pieced the info together will you realize that the side quests reveal back stories.
I guess I spoiled a little but oh well. :P
I thought you said final episode in the beginning of the show, I was like “Da Freak! it just started!”
“I can perfectly see a podcast about graphics and mapping”
Do it and send me the link!
PLEASE!
